Hardware

The basis of every RFID-system are transponders. They are the media that receive the information for identification of goods and positions. Independent of its design – whether as a label, paper ticket, tube or plastic card – every transponder consists of a chip and an antenna.

INDYON only uses transponder from high quality manufacturers. Our buyers buy according hardness tests made by our constructors a selection of special products that suit optimally for its purpose and with which also projects in harshest industrial conditions can be realized. So our transponder must work reliably in e.g. metal environment or also on metallic or conductive surfaces.

Also components developed by INDYON are planned for harshest industrial conditions and uses. Track + Race LS is mounted on e.g. forklift trucks.

Red Box: Controlling electronics for reading units (Reader) and sensors in the mobile use:

  • compact control with integrated Reader 134 kHz – TIRIS – for RFID-systems
  • control and supply of different sensors, e.g. ultrasonic, laser etc. Supply/change in voltage for readout terminals
  • automatic switch-off for readout terminal
  • embedded system for controlling (optionally)
  • simple connection at the power supply of the forklift truck or vehicle

RFID antennas for 125-134 kHz and 13.56 MHz:

  • suitable for "Long Range"
  • available in different sizes and models
  • robust plastic housing

RFID Software

The modular basis-software is the basis for setting customer specific IT-solutions . Quality and flexibility of the software have an important effect on the quality of the solutions realized. INDYON offers you a wide choice of software modules that enable a quick realization of RFID systems:

  • selections of the RFID-data and the sensors
  • control of hardware as well as reading unit (Reader) and sensors
  • selections of the RFID-data and the sensors
  • control of hardware as well as reading unit (Reader) and sensoris
  • testing of data on plausibility
  • communication with Backend-system/software over all standard interfaces (serially, ethernet, etc.)
  • make use specific decisions by control software to avoid unnecessary data traffic with the server
